Items eligible for exchange must remain unworn and in their original packaging, so keep every piece sealed in its box until you are certain of the fit.

If your shipment arrives damaged or the wrong item, report it as soon as you receive the parcel, with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Submit your exchange request through the contact form, and our support team will review it with personal assistance and confirm the next steps.

Once approved, follow the instructions we send you to return the piece, and your replacement will be arranged after the return is verified.
